Gluck Solutions holds exclusive hours from 7:30 AM until 12 midnight, Monday through Friday. Having said that, when there is an emergency, I will find a way to respond immediately almost one hundred percent of the time. If not, you can expect to hear from me or my staff within one day. If it’s necessary to meet on a holiday, then I will do all I can to make that exception.

I hope such a simple fact as my business hours serves as reminder of how much I care about each and every patient. I understand that relapses of any kind can’t be scheduled! That’s why flexible hours are critical. What more, if during the course of treatment you run into any trouble related to the issues we’ve been discussing, please do not think twice about contacting me.

Don’t ever feel forced to let anyone without proper insight into sensitive, personal matters. Doing so could be risky to therapy. Even leaving me a message, by voice or in writing, counts. Information is always helpful, whether I need to respond to it the next day or in our next meeting.
