Is Medical Hypnosis the Answer to Better Health?

Hypnotizing WatchI recently found an interesting article by Eric Nelson writing for The Washington Times Communities. It perfectly summarizes what I’ve been saying about hypnosis for years now.

Hypnosis is an increasingly-used practice that leads to, as the article says, “better health and lower hospital bills.”

Certainly what’s happening in the field of medical hypnosis offers further evidence of the undeniable link between mind and body, and it seems to be working, at least to some extent, for a growing number of individuals.

So, what do you think? I’d like to know whether you believe hypnosis can lead to better overall health, and if you’ve had experiences with hypnosis (good or bad) please feel free to share that here by leaving a comment below. Thank you.
