Use Hypnosis to Quit Smoking Instead of Vaporizers and E-Cigarettes

electronic cigaretteWhen people are addicted to smoking they come up with many ways of justifying their addiction. The latest way of excusing the nasty habit is vaporizers and e-cigarettes.

Often marketed as the sleek solution to out-of-style tobacco, vapor is the cool man’s cigarette. But don’t be mistaken: it is still providing nicotine and other harmful chemicals to your lungs.

Can Hypnosis Cure Alcoholism?

I am Dr. Errol Gluck. I’m an executive life coach. I practice neuroplasticity which is clinical hypnosis and I’ve been doing it for over thirty seven years. One of the most common reasons why executives come to me as well as other people is for alcohol abuse.

Now there are four categories of alcohol abuse. One is the problem drinker. The problem drinker is simply someone who drinks too much and in the drinking too much they simply feel sluggish, tired, and very often will act inappropriately. There is no pattern to their drinking and they simply in their actions do not go beyond the scope of something they remember or can’t control.

Next, you have what is called the linear alcoholic. The linear alcoholic is a person that can have a drink or two, but once they pass a certain mark, it could be three or four, they go into full blown “I cannot stop and I will drink until I black out”.

This is where my specialty comes in. I am one of the few people in the entire country that can take a linear alcoholic and actually have them drink just one drink or two drinks a night and never go beyond a certain point.

Next, there is the acute alcoholic. The acute alcoholic is genetically alcoholic. Even if he or she has one drink, they will continue to drink until they either brown out or black out or something bad happens and it is progressive. In this case, hypnosis and coaching is used to eliminate drinking altogether.

I have and I make no excuses or bones about it – the best success rate in the country in all of these areas. If you have a problem with alcohol, I am the solution.

How Hypnosis Could Have Saved Philip Seymour Hoffman’s Life

As a lover of film I was deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Philip Seymour Hoffman. He was a genius actor capable of immense depth. But he also had a highly addictive personality that, as a hypnotist for 35 years, I could see from a mile away.

According to various news sources Hoffman quit his drug addiction back in his early 20s, and only recently relapsed in 2013. For genetic and environmental reasons he couldn’t escape drugs.

Happiness on the Internet

Whenever people think of what it takes to make them happy, they conjure up images of things like their family, being in the woods, or eating a delicious meal. But no matter what they imagine, their fantasies almost always have one thing in common: it’s always in the real world.

People spend most of their time on the Internet, yet whenever they imagine “happiness” it’s never in the virtual world! This is a great problem! While I’m not the most tech-savvy person in the world, I’m also no Luddite.

A life coach, like any other person, has to get with the times. I’m not here to tell you that your cell-phone is killing your humanity and wasting your time. Technology itself doesn’t do that; only the abuse of technology does that. It’s all about balance. So I think imagining your own happiness can include reconnecting with an old friend on Facebook, or just Googling around on a topic that interests you for an hour.

If, however, you find yourself abusing technology, like you would alcohol or drugs, you can come to me for hypnosis that treats all forms of technology addiction. But as your life coach, let me tell you that it’s okay to embrace technology—as long as it’s in moderation.

Clinical Hypnosis and MDMA Use

MDMA tablets

Tablets Containing MDMA

MDMA, or “Mollie”, is a crystalized powder, and is considered to be chemically pure version of the popular rave drug, Ecstasy.  MDMA’s effects include excessive euphoria, lack of inhibitions and anxiety, heightened sense of intimacy with surrounding people, and a mild degree of psychedelic.  Sounds like a fun trip, right?

Well like most drugs, the ‘come down’ and long term mental and physical damage are incredibly detrimental, outweighing the temporary excitement of the high. The short term effects of usage include paranoia, anxiety, renal failure, hemorrhaging, hyperthermia resulting in organ failure, severe depression, irritability, fatigue, emotional sensitivity, lack of focus/ motivation/ drive, restlessness, disruption of sleep, nausea, jaw clenching, fever symptoms, heart failure, kidney failure, arrhythmia, high blood pressure, panic attacks, faintness, seizures, and in some cases, death.
